I love the last picture – really showing how serious a weather boot they really are. I actually have the ankle boot version of the Uggs that Jessica is wearing, but I don’t think they’re quite as durable …in the winter they’re good, but with water, I don’t trust them completely.

I almost bought that pair this winter but didn’t because they felt really heavy when I had them on in the store. Did you get used to the weight of them? Or did you not really feel all that different about them as compared to other winter boots?

      Hi Lisa,
They’re definitely heavier that your average boot, I’ll say that. But I got used to the weight after walking around for about a minute. Since I’m outside a lot and have to wait for buses/streetcars out in the cold every day, these are perfect to get me from spot A to spot B without freezing my toes off.

    I got my Cumberlands at Whistler-BC :)
I went on my vacation in Uggs and I was freezing. So I had to look for Sorels…and that was my first pair.
I have to say they are amazing. Waterproof and warm!!! Perfect for Canadian winters!

not sure if they’re still carrying them in that colour. Your best bet is to give them a call and check directly.

      Totally unnecessary.

Also, she lives in Toronto, so while the hat may not be your cup of tea, at least her ears are warm.

    Hi,
I love your pictures of you in the Sorel boots. I have the Ugg’s and they are insane trying to get them on and off. I wanted to know if your Sorel’s have the same problems with the lacing and if the Sorel’s are as durable?

    Thanking you in advance,
    SY

Torontonian here as well haha! Would you say the sizing of these boots run large or small? I wear a 7.5-8 usually, but wear size 7 Uggs, so do you think this is the same case? Thanks!
